各老师：
为进一步提升我校教师教学理念、提高教学能力、丰富教学策略，营造良好的教学成长氛围，同时帮助教师了解全球高等教育的范式转变，更好地进行教学创新，特举行此次教师教学能力提升在线工作坊，具体通知如下：
一、 时间
2020年7月17日（周五），8:15-17:15
二、 参加人员
工作坊面向能够积极提升自身教学能力并勇于开展教学创新实践的我校教师。工作坊开展期间需要参与教师能够用英语即时与主讲教师沟通交流并能展示分享，因此建议各学院推荐英语口语水平较高的骨干教师参加。

五、 参加方式及要求
工作坊将通过zoom举行，请有意向参加的教师提前下载zoom，届时要求教师全程通过电脑参加活动，进行个人活动展示时教师需要打开视频参与。教师报名参加后，将会有工作人员添加微信并邀请教师加入工作坊微信群，届时将在微信群中发布后续通知及会议链接。

请报名的老师于7月9日中午12点之前将学院报名推荐表（附件1）word版发送至lilongxiao@sdu.edu.cn。
本次工作坊学时情况可以记入教师培训档案。

附：主讲教师个人简介
Dr. Ray Taheri holds a PHD. Degree in Material Science and Engineering from University of Saskatchewan, Canada, 2002. He has been involved in higher education teaching and learning for over two decades. Currently, he is a senior instructor in School of Engineering Design，SOE, at University of British Columbia Okanagan.
Dr. Taheri’s main passion is in Engineering Design and Human Centered Design Thinking. He has been a design champion in SOE. He and his colleague Dr. Wilson Eberly made SOE Capstone Design Program from being little know, 2007, to one of the most successful programs in the country, 2015. He and his colleague Prof. Susan Crichton (Dean of Education, UBCO) were the driving force beyond Makerspace movement in UBCO Okanagan. Dr. Taheri is also heavily involved in sharing his teaching experience to pedagogy community around the world. Dr. Taheri believes only by creating curiosity among young minds that higher education can achieve its mission of encouraging students to seek knowledge. Dr. Taheri has been therecipient of numerous teaching awards including, Teaching Excellence in 2011, UBCO Honor Role Teaching awards in 2011-2014, Provost Award for Teaching Excellence and Innovation in 2015, I am Accessible in 2016, and Golden Apple in 2016.
