单刚,男,博士,山东大学药学院教授,药物化学专业博士生导师。2019年入选山东大学齐鲁青年学者项目和山东省泰山学者青年专家项目。

研究方向

1.基于化学反应的诊断治疗药物开发:针对肿瘤微环境的特点,设计肿瘤特异 性的反应,开发近红外一区和二区的诊断治疗药物,用于肿瘤的治疗与活体成像。

2.新型生物兼容反应的开发及其在生物大分子标记和药物激活中的应用。

3.新型有机合成新方法的开发及其在药物研发中的应用。
