主要从事智能计算驱动的先导化合物发现、优化与化学生物学研究，近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在Signal. Transduct. Target. Ther., Nat. Commu., Cell Chem. Biol.,Acta Pharm. Sin. B,J. Med. Chem., MedComm, Eur. J. Med. Chem., J. Chem. Inf. Model., J. Control. Release., Food Chemistry等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重大科技项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家卫生健康委课题，山东省自然科学基金青年基金等项目。
